Become a Pro Partner
To qualify as a Pro Partner and for this program, the dealer must:
1. Promote Rheem®/Ruud® as their primary equipment line.
2. Keep their account current, in good standing, and be enrolled in the Pro Partner program during the year funds are issued.
3. Meet the annual minimum purchase requirement for Rheem®/Ruud® residential equipment (excluding secondary equipment lines*) from Wittichen Supply Company.
Pro Partner Dealer Co-op Advertising Program
1. 3% of total purchases (Rheem®/Ruud® equipment, parts, & supplies; excluding secondary lines*) will be deposited into a co-operative advertising fund for the dealer to promote Rheem®/Ruud® Heating and Cooling Products, to be used on a 50/50 matching basis.
For example, a dealer submits proof of an advertising expense that promotes Rheem®/Ruud®, and Wittichen will issue a credit for 50% of the approved expense, up to 3% of the dealer’s total prior-year purchases, excluding secondary equipment lines*.
2. Funds accumulate from January 1 through December 31 each year and must be used by November 1 of the following year.
3. Unused funds cannot be carried over beyond November 1.
4. New Dealers will receive a $1,000 Identification Marketing Fund. Identification Marketing Funds are to be used for Rheem®/Ruud® dealer brand identification such as vehicle wraps, decal kits, uniforms, business and/or jobsite signs, etc.
5. The dealer’s co-op funds are available on a matching 50/50 basis for anything that will promote Rheem®/Ruud® Heating and Cooling products.
Eligible advertising may include, but is not limited to, uniforms, jackets, billboards, Rheem®/Ruud® promotional items, radio, television, newspaper, and Yellow Pages advertising. No more than 25% of total co-op can be used for wearables.
6. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the expenditure.
7. No more than 25% of available co-op balance can be used between September 1 – November 1.
8. All advertising must be pre-approved by Wittichen management and Rheem Manufacturing.

Your reward tier is based on the total co-op funds you earned during the previous calendar year. As your business grows, so does your Destination Reward. Here are examples of the maximum Destination Reward available at each tier:
• Silver Explorer: Earn $10,000 in co-op – Apply $3,000 toward your trip.
• Gold Voyager: Earn $15,000 in co-op – Apply $4,800 toward your trip.
• Platinum Voyager: Earn $20,000 in co-op – Apply $6,800 toward your trip.
• Elite Destination Partner: Earn $25,000 in co-op – Apply $8,750 toward your trip.
Program Rules & Guidelines
To participate in the Destination Rewards program, dealers must meet the following requirements:
• Promote Rheem®/Ruud® as their primary equipment line.
• Keep their account current, in good standing, and be enrolled in the Pro Partner program during the year funds are issued.
• Meet the annual minimum purchase requirement for Rheem®/Ruud® residential equipment (excluding secondary equipment lines) from Wittichen Supply Company.
• Secondary equipment lines include Sure Comfort, Ducane, and all other equipment brands sold by Wittichen Supply. Sinclair is the only exception and may be paired with another Pro Partner program.
• Co-op funds have no cash value and may only be redeemed as advertising credits.
• All advertising must comply with current Rheem®/Ruud® brand standards and program requirements.
• All Destination Reward requests, travel plans, and anticipated expenses must be pre-approved by Wittichen Supply before any reservations are made or travel begins.
• All receipts and acceptable proof of payment must be submitted within 30 days of the completion of travel to qualify for reimbursement.
• Destination Rewards have no cash value and are redeemable only as reimbursement credits applied to the dealer’s Wittichen Supply account. If approved travel expenses total less than the earned Destination Reward amount, any unused balance will remain in the dealer’s available co-op funds and will continue to be governed by the standard Pro Partner Co-op Advertising Program.
• The participating dealer is solely responsible for all travel planning, reservations, transportation, lodging, and related expenses. Wittichen Supply Company assumes no responsibility or liability for travel arrangements, cancellations, delays, personal injury, property damage, accidents, acts of third parties, or any other loss or claim arising before, during, or after travel.
• Destination Rewards are subject to available co-op funds and continued eligibility in the Pro Partner program.
• Wittichen Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Destination Rewards program, including eligibility requirements and reward levels, at its discretion.
• Wittichen Supply reserves the right to approve or deny any travel reimbursement request that does not comply with program guidelines.
